Brass Monkey fridges have a three year warranty. If your fridge has a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, please visit your seller with your fridge and proof of purchase receipt in hand for warranty service.

Repair & replacement for in-warranty fridges
A fridge with a repairable manufacturing fault will have any faulty parts replaced by the seller - this applies to parts such as handles, wheels, lids and displays.
A fridge that has a non-repairable manufacturing fault would be replaced by the seller - this applies to faults related to the cooling mechanism.
Please visit your seller for in-warranty fridge support.
Servicing for out-of-warranty fridges
Retailers and distribution partners do not repair, or work on, fridges that are out of warranty, sorry. You may wish to consult with a local appliance repairer who is licensed for fridge work.
Note that only licensed fridge technicians are permitted by law to work on the sealed cooling mechanism.
Fridge spare parts
Spare parts are available for DIY repairs of LCD covers, LCD PCBs, lids, handles, and wheels by the fridge owner - these parts can be ordered in person over the counter at a retail store, see above links for store locations. Wholesale customers, please contact your distribution partner.
We do not have any parts for the cooling mechanism or compressor control system. A circuit diagram is provided as part of the nameplate sticker for licensed repairers.
